- WI by midnight your time
- Fitness minutes
- Water for the week
- Weekly Nutrition Tracking
- LCW Points (by 12 pm EST)
★ TnT (will be different each week) - compete with other BLC teams. Note: can be done on Wednesday or Thursday but count only one day
★ Weekend Challenge (will be different each week) compete
with other BLC teams
